And yes, he is a marvelous conductor indeed, I love his approach of not beating every single beat but feeling music often rather in two than in four – very musical and inspiring to work with, but as so often, as a “younger” musician I clearly had to follow his lead which is fine with me when the guy in charge is such good musician!

Of course you don’t HAVE to be honest, though I know it would go against the grain from all that I’ve read.
